These are budgeting ranges, not quotes. Beverage pricing moves with brand, packaging, volume, freight and season. The binding number is the written quote we issue for your product list.

Cost Drivers

What moves your pricing up or down

Two accounts buying the same case of water can pay meaningfully different prices, and none of it is arbitrary. These are the levers, and most of them are yours to pull.

  • Order volume. Pallet and truckload buying beats case buying every time, which is exactly what storage is for.
  • Consistency. Standing orders let us buy ahead and route efficiently, and that saving goes back into your pricing.
  • Brand and format. National brands, glass bottles and refrigerated lines carry higher costs than cans and value lines.
  • Delivery frequency. One larger weekly drop costs less to serve than three small ones.
  • Storage use. Storing with us unlocks volume pricing, and the storage fee is usually less than the pricing gain.
  • Season. Peak season and hurricane demand tighten supply on water and shelf stable lines.
  • Payment terms. Prepay and pay on delivery accounts avoid the cost built into extended terms.

Always Included

  • Free quoting with no account required
  • Product list review and substitution guidance
  • Mixed pallet configuration
  • Scheduled delivery windows
  • Pallet and empty pickup on request
  • Date code rotation on stored product
  • Itemized invoicing
  • An account manager who answers the phone

Terms

Ordering, delivery and payment questions

Is there a minimum order?

Starter accounts have a $350 minimum per delivery stop. Standing Order and Enterprise accounts have route based minimums agreed during onboarding, and delivery is free above $500 per stop on Standing Order accounts.

How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are typically valid for 14 days. Fast moving commodity items such as bottled water can move sooner, and every quote states its expiration date.

Is the monthly fee instead of product cost?

No. The tier fee covers your pricing level, account management, included storage and delivery priority. Product is billed per order on top of it. Starter accounts have no monthly fee at all.

What payment terms do you offer?

New accounts typically pay on delivery or prepay. Net 15 and Net 30 terms are available on approved credit after a short ordering history.

Do you charge a fuel surcharge?

Fuel is built into our delivery pricing rather than added as a separate line. If regional fuel costs shift significantly, we notify accounts in advance of any change.

Are deposits charged on kegs, racks or equipment?

Yes where applicable. Reusable racks, dispensing equipment and returnable containers carry a refundable deposit, shown as its own line on your invoice and returned when the item comes back in good condition.

Will you review our current supplier invoices?

Yes, at no cost. Send recent invoices and we will show you line by line where we are cheaper, where we match, and where you are better off staying put. We would rather be honest than win on three lines and lose your trust on the fourth.

Ready for a simpler beverage program?

Send us your product list and volume. We will come back with pricing, delivery days and storage options within one business day.
