Delivery areas and schedules, what to check at the dock, and how returns, shortages and damage claims work.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Delivery Area
We run scheduled delivery routes throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Deliveries outside this area are quoted individually and are generally available at pallet or truckload volume. Will call pickup at our Sunrise warehouse is available by appointment during business hours.
2. Delivery Schedule
- Standing Order accounts receive a guaranteed delivery day each week or every other week.
- Starter accounts are served on the next available route day for their area.
- Delivery windows are confirmed in advance and are estimates rather than guarantees.
- Same week emergency delivery is available to account holders subject to capacity.
- Cutoff for adding to a scheduled order is generally 3:00 PM the business day before.
3. Minimums And Delivery Charges
- Starter accounts: $350 minimum per delivery stop.
- Standing Order accounts: free delivery above $500 per stop.
- Orders below the minimum may carry a delivery charge of up to $65 per stop.
- Enterprise and route based minimums are set during onboarding.
4. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect every delivery before signing. Check the pallet and case count against the invoice, look for crushed cases, leaking product and broken seals, and confirm date codes on refrigerated and short dated items.
- Note any shortage, damage or error on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Photograph damaged product and packaging at the dock.
- Report all discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unnoted shortages reported after 48 hours may not be creditable.
5. Damage And Shortage Claims
When damage or shortage is noted at delivery and reported within 48 hours, we credit, replace or redeliver at our option, usually on your next scheduled route day. Urgent replacements can be arranged sooner where stock and routing allow. We handle the claim with the carrier or manufacturer on your behalf.
6. Return Eligibility
Because these are consumable food and beverage products, returns are limited for safety and regulatory reasons. Returns may be accepted when:
- The product is unopened, in its original sealed case and in resalable condition
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- The product has not been stored outside recommended conditions
- The item is a stock catalog product, not a special order or private label item
- Date coding leaves reasonable shelf life remaining
7. Non Returnable Items
- Opened, partial or unsealed cases
- Refrigerated items that have left temperature control
- Special order, imported to order and private label products
- Clearance, closeout and short dated product sold as such
- Product stored improperly after delivery
- Custom configured multipacks and event assemblies
8. Restocking
Approved returns of correctly delivered product may carry a restocking fee of up to 15 percent plus pickup costs. No restocking fee applies where the error was ours.
9. Event Orders
Volume event orders may be quoted with buyback terms allowing return of unopened stock after the event. Buyback terms must be agreed in writing before delivery and are stated on your event quote. Without agreed buyback terms, standard return rules apply.
10. Deposits And Returnables
Racks, dispensing equipment, CO2 cylinders and reusable containers carry refundable deposits shown as separate invoice lines. Deposits are refunded when items are returned in good, clean condition. Damaged or unreturned items are billed at replacement value.
11. Refused Deliveries
Deliveries refused without a valid reason, or failed because no authorized receiver was present, may incur redelivery and restocking charges.
